Shaun’s love for restoring classic cars and antiques has always been strong, but little did he know that his passion would lead him to an entirely new challenge – conveyor pulleys. In 2020, he joined the PROK team as a Fitting Team Leader, and his experience so far has been nothing short of incredible.
Shaun shared his thoughts on working with PROK and how the company has helped him achieve his goals and aspirations. “Working for PROK has proven to be a catalyst in achieving my lifelong goals and aspirations,” he said. “I appreciate the fact that I have been encouraged by management to challenge myself daily, and it has led to me being a more well-rounded tradesman and individual.”
Shaun also praised PROK’s initiatives and partnership with Lifeline which promotes the importance mental health awareness. “It’s refreshing to see a company that cares about the well-being of its employees,” he added.
His biggest personal achievement at PROK is completing his trade qualification. “It’s something I have wanted to accomplish my whole life, and I am grateful that PROK saw potential in me and put that in place,” Shaun said.
